Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeds When Having Maxillary Sinus Cancer

I had maxillary sinus cancer 3 yrs ago, had radical surgery to remove tumor followed by radiation. For the last 2 years I have had recurring nose bleeds(posterior) over the winter months. This winter I had close to 20 nosebleeds, which I have treated myself, mostly with Afrin and a plug called NasalCease which stops the bleeding. It has become very frustrating and embarrassing at times and I am looking for a solution to the problem.
