Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeds

Good Afternoon im just wondering why do i keep getting nose bleeds,

laterly i ahve been getting them alot i can just be sitting theire and i get one and there is just loads of thick big blood clots coming out and they last for about 20mins, please can u help me thanks becca
