Suggest Treatment For Nose Blockage In An Infant

My daughter is 60 days old and she is suffering from nose blocks and runny nose for the past 15 days.consulted a pediatrician in my native.she prescribed saline drops only,since I spoke to her about the travel to my husbands place she gave atarax .5 ml for 2 days.we travelled through air and again my baby got cold.we consulted a pediatrician here and he prescribed sinarest af .3 ml thrice a day for 5 days with nasoclear saline spray every two hours.completed 2 days and couldn t see any improvement except drowsiness.what should I do now?
