Suggest Treatment For Nose Injury

If surgery failed (perforation came back after graft from scalp), Is it a good idea to try it again with another Doc. If so, who? What are risks? If not... My nose button failed too... stitch pulled through the tissue and now it is shifting and perforation showing.... Should I take it out or try stitching it again. The perforation was caused by several factors... Badly deviated septum...now surgically straightened, and nose cauterization when I was six... (I am 20 now)... I am afraid it will get bigger... Any suggestions? Thanks so much
