Suggest Treatment For Nose Pain

Hi: For about a year I have had occasional pain in one side of my nose. Now, if I blow my nose, what comes out is a tiny amount of blood along with a white or green discharge. I went to an ENT and he scoped my nose but didn't see anything. Any suggestions on what this might be? I recently received chemotherapy and that seemed to make the bleeding more frequent. Thanks
