Suggest Treatment For Nose Pain

Hi yesterday my nose started aching,especially the tip.I can't see a pimple on the outside however there's something small on the inside on the edge of one nostril.Today my nose is swollen and very painful.I can't touch it and blowing it is also painful.I can breathe through my nose with no problem although my nose is a bit runny.No ointments seem to help to decrease the pain.I also discovered I've got a small fever (37.5C).What could it be?Thanks a lot,Martin
