Suggest Treatment For Nostril Ulcer

Hi, I am from India this is for my mother. She is suffering from nasal scar since last 1year. all sorts of tests had been done. like P-ANCA, C-ANCA,biaopsy. end of the day no result. already nosal spectrum has been destroyed. She is having burning sensation and nose blocking. recently 5 inch long milky white worm has come out from her nose through mouth. can there be any connection with the nostril alcer? because problem is still not sorted out. what whould be the treatment? kindly suggest.
