Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Cramps In Leg After Rupture Of L5 Disc

I had a disk in L5 rupture and I had a microdiskectomy in Dec. I still have a numb leg and foot. now I am getting cramps in my foot and shin. I did increase my potassium. I was already taken magnesium. but now it just cramps all through the day. any help for me? jean
