Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling On Sides While Sleeping

40 yr old white female 235lbs. quit smoking 3 wks ago. i can only sleep only sleep on my sides, but this past week has been terrible. soon as i laydown within min. my right or left extremity goes numb and tingly so flipping doesnt help, cuz both are that way. and if i dont flip cuz im too tired it really hurt. what can these be from plz??
