Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Finger Tips When Having Spinal Stenosis

I have spinal stenosis & have had 4 previous disk surgeries. Now I have numbness in my finger tips. I saw my Pain Dr yesterday & he said this is fibromyalgia pain but I ve never been told that I have fibromyalgia. I don t know what to think now. He says the numbness is nothing to worry about. ???
