Suggest Treatment For Numbness Of Thighs After Partial Hysterectomy

I have had a partial hysterectomy in March of 2013 and ever since I had that procedure I have noticed that I have experienced numbness in my right thigh only above my knee and it was only occurring when I go to bed and sleep when I wake my thigh is completely numb like it is not even there. Lately I have experienced this numbness while I am at working standing or even being mobile and it is not as numb when laying or sleeping but it has that tingling feeling along with the numbness while I am standing and walking or even moving around. I am concerned because it is very constant every day and every moment.
