Suggest Treatment For Occipital Neuralgia

I have Occipital nuralgia and have had it for years. I have had nerve blocks,radio frequeuency lesoning done on the the Greater and lesser nerves. I have been on pain pills and been ween down now to antidepressants for pain such as Cymbalta and have been on topomax also for pain. Nothing helps but going in and having them burnt again which will be my 8th time. How do you feel about microdecompression on the nerves. Do you think this is a cure?
