Suggest Treatment For Oligospermia

hi my name is john i have been diagnose of oligospermia with count of 4.8x106. i have been on addyzoa for more than 3 months repeat of the analysis only show count of 5.1x 106. should i continue with the addyzoa or add sperman. what could be the cause of the condition and how can it be treated.
