Suggest Treatment For Oozing Sores On Feet With Bleeding

My husband had a pedicure and they scraped the bottom of his feet so that now both his feet have a round sore which bleeds after he walks on his feet for a while. this has been for more than a week now. the sores have been getting smaller but still ooze and bleed. how should he treat?
He's 59 and 160 lbs
