Suggest Treatment For Open Sore On Leg

I have an open sore on my leg on the backside of the upper thigh. I have another one on my other leg on the front side of the upper thigh. They will not heal. I have kept them clean and bandaids over them sometimes with Neosporin over them. What are they and better question, how do I get rid of them.
