Suggest Treatment For Open Wound After Impaled Stick In Ankle

Wound debridement..I had a puncture wound from an impaled stick to the ankle, cellulitis developed, cured, apparently with Cephlex? After 9 months, inflammatory condition reocurred. Wound excised and drained by GP, now it won't heal/close?

Any advice?
