Suggest Treatment For Open Wound On Tip Of Toe

Hello, I have a small but deep open wound to the tip of my baby toe. I can't walk properly. It's a circular open laceration and it shows no sign of haling after a day. Clear goo, I think it's plasma, is coming out of it. Should I seek professional help?
