Suggest Treatment For Open Wound Underarm Post Intake Of Humera For Ulcerative Colitis

Hi my daughter is taking Humera for Ulcerative Colitis and all of sudden has an open wound under her arm. She went to a dermatologist and they gave her an antibiotic and she is due for her Humera shot. Her gastrologist told her now she need to go to a infection specialist. We are looking for a infection specialist, but am concerned how her body is going to reaction with not taking the Humera. Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.
