Suggest Treatment For Opiate Dependence

Hi am currently on suboxion due to opiate dependency. I am trying to find a doctor in my local area that can treat me. The doctor I am currently seeing is making me pay $300 cash for treatment, basically a prescription. I do not believe he has my best interest at heart. I also do not want to be on this long term. I became dependent from a horrible car accident. I live in Bergen County NJ...where do I go from here.
