Suggest Treatment For Orchitis, Swelling In My Left Testicle And Tenderness

Hi I have ochitis and Doctor has me on 500mg of cephalexin three times in 24 hours. I will have been on drug for 7 full days tomorrow at 4pm and swelling up n my left testicle and tenderness does not seem to be subsiding Treatment is meantfor 10 days. Physical examination and ulta-sound identified fluid. Do to circumstances before and after a TURP procedure I had a catheter for approx 5 weeks
