Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis Causing Dizziness And Nausea

Hello I have osteoarthritis in several joints including lumber, thoracic and c spine, elbows, fingers, knees and have had pain in my ribs for about three weeks on the left side at the back. This is quite painful and is beginning to make me feel dizzy and nauseous. I don t want to bother my GP unnecessarily as I am already taking Naproxin and Tramadol
