Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis, Frozen Shoulder, Chest Pain And Tightness

Hi been told i have osteoarthritis .I have lower back problems knee had steroids in my heal of my feet .12 injections into my lower spine same time. Frozen shoulders Find walking for long hard going. Chest is painful and tight awful pain when coughing or sneezing. Fingers swelling and wrist have had capel tunnel .my neck is hardly any movements cant turn left , or right or looking up .feel like my body in flamed and worn out .feel like there more than osteoarthritis . Find explaining to doctors very hard and not coming across how much pain I m in please help
