Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis In Neck Causing Severe Pain

I have osteoarthritis in my neck. I am having neck pain that radiates in to the back right side of my head. I have very limited motion at this time from side to side movement. Pain becomes more severe when I move my head. I am unable to get comfortable enough to sleep. Not sure what my next step should be.
