Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis Of The Hands

hi doctor i have severe osteoarthritis in my hands and all over but my hands are the worst i take tramadol but no good i took 1 naproxen last night and it was very good took all the swelling and pain away tramadol make me very depressed and lethargic what shall i do thank you
