Suggest Treatment For Osteophytes And Flattening Of Thecal Sac In Spine

on my mri C5-6 there is a broad-based disk osteophyte midline towards the right with flattening of the thecal sac and posterior displacement and at C6-7 there is additional right sided disc/osteophyte with a large foraminal osteophyte and additional flattening on the right side of the thecal sac. is there any help for me It hurts and burns
