Suggest Treatment For Otitis Externa

good morning ,i am a medical student and have been suffering from severe pain in my right ear which is excruciating in pulling the pinna........i think it may be otitis externa,i am taking 3 day course of azithromycin 4 this....and yesterday was the last day.....but no relief to my surprise.....can u help me plz
