Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst Leading To Pain

I have ovirian cyst.. I m on my period too. Yesterday I was on pain all day.., I thought it was from tampons so I removed it. Pain got really bad the last three hours. Then a good amount of red and poop brown discharge came about. I drink a lot of monster energy drinks too.. Well this morning I went to urinate and it burned like hell ... What s going on?
