sir my name is mrs.lakshmi prasanna i have undergone for sonography in which the result is bulky uterus meauring 101x49x57 and intramural fibroid 22x20mm in anterior wall,E/ocalcification noted and right ovarian cyst measuring 91x48mm fine septations and internal echoes noted. sir, please let me know that is there any need for operation or what is next step for me
