Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

Doc i am taking an althea pill...last friday i missed the time of taking pill..my time of taking pill is 11:03 pm then i take it by past 12 pm then this sat. I also forgot to take pill..i just remember it this 5:00am. Then this sat i consult my ob because i have an abnormal bleeding. And i ve done transvaginal. I only have physiological cyst left ovary.what should i do?
