Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

am 30th weeks pregnant.My LMP was on 15th aug,2013. In ultrasound cyst of (2.3*2.2)cm is found in lower left abdomin near the urinary bladder . I want to know, is the ovarian cyst/minstrel cyst is harmful for the fetus? what is the mode of treatment of this cyst or it dissolves automatically?
