Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

Ive just been diagnosed with three ovarian cysts on the right ovary and one large cyst on the left. I was admitted to hospital last wk with suspected eruption of cyst, the scan was as an outpatient. I dont see consutant untill wednesday, any advice on treatment and possible causes? I am 28, i have no children and I am normally fit and well.
