Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cysts

hi,

I havemy left ovary measures 5.6*3.8*5.6cm with a 2.8*2.5*2.7cmcyst with internal echoes.There also appears to be a second cyst measuring 3.4*2.3cm in size again with internal echoes .

There is no free fluid. The size of the uterus is 9.3*5.9*6.5cmwith the endometerial complex of 1cm. Kindly advise ,my age is 44 yrs.I donot want to conceive any more.Ht is 5.3 &weight is 230lbs
