Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Pain And Irregular Periods

im a 20 year old woman and have been having pain on my right ovary it comes around every month and sometimes every week. this has been going on on for a couple of months now. ive had loss of appetite, lost some weight not alot but above normal, and very very irregular periods. ive taken pregnancy tests they have all been negative. ive looked up symptoms of ovarian cancer and they have all happened to me. can u please help me out? thank you
