Suggest Treatment For Pain Above Clitoris And Stomach Due To A Fall

for the last year and a half after a fall landing flat on my butt hard enough that I broke my crowns on my teeth I have had a searing burning pain directly above the clitoris but on the inside and radiating into my stomach, right thigh, knee and buttock. pain is constant when walking, sitting, driving or laying down,,,the pubic pain feels like a knife being judjed in and out and wiggled aroung...sometimes the feel like a pinching of something in there.
