Suggest Treatment For Pain After Epidural Procedure

I have had pain managed with procedures from epidurals to nerve implants. I have currently been managed with narcotic pain medication and no longer want to be a slave to this type of treatment. I am now dependent on opiates and want to know the posibilities to change to Subutex,or suboxone. The injuries are due to a sports career,and I have exhausted my options ,any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you. D
