Suggest Treatment For Pain After Forehead Injury

I hit my forehead real hard today. It has not quit hurting, it's only been 7 hrs. My concern is that when I bend over by head hurts 10 times more. Similiar pain as synosis (sp) pressure causes when you bend over. do I need to go to the doctor? I am 40 year old female. Weight is 106.
