Suggest Treatment For Pain After Injury From A Sharp Object

i got pocked by an object last year under my left foot when i was walking barefoot. i thot it was going to heal but up to now it stil hurts. i have to hop when i walk. there is this circular thing on the wound that i wonder what it is. i usually cut reduce the pain by cutting the wound with a razor blade. it sort of bleeds then stops. but the pain wont go. help
