Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bleeding During Sexual Intercourse

Hello Doctor, This is a bit of embarrassing but, about a month ago I had sex with my partner and after experienced pain and bleeding. A few days after that we had tried it again and it hurt a lot more and there was a lot more bleeding as well. I asked my partner to look down there and he noticed that my vagina looked like it might of torn. I have never given birth and now every time we attempt to have sex it continues to hurt. After the first two times we decided to wait a week and it continued to hurt and then we waited again after two more weeks and I still feel pain. Not as much as the first few times though. What should I do to stop the pain?
