I was having kinky sex with a friend and happened to slap my dick a couple of times... this lead to a blue swelling that has come up and is painful.. its been 24 hrs now... the swelling is a little less but painful and the blue tinge has not gone.. its black blue.. advise please.. age 47 year old..
