Suggest Treatment For Pain And Discomfort Inside The Labia

I am 23 and experiencing pain and discomfort when anything touches the insides of my labia, they just don't seem to stretch and I tend to get a lot of cuts on the bit of skin below the vaginal opening due to this, the sides themselves are also painful.

I went to see my GP last year who firstly referred me to a GUM clinic. They tested me and could find no problems so I went back to my GP and was put on antidepressants and referred for counselling. The counselling didn't help and the antidepressants just made me feel dizzy and sick so I gradually came off them and tried using prescribed dilators which were fine inside and didn't hurt, but getting even a small one past the outside was painful.

I feel like the doctors have given up on me and I really don't know where else to turn, is it possible to have surgery to cut the bit of skin under the entrance so that it can stretch out of the way? Is there anything else I can try?

I am currently on no medication other than cerazette.

Thanking you in advance
