Suggest Treatment For Pain And Hurting Feeling In Calf

i tripped and fell a few hours ago. Immediately after the fall, my achilled was throbbing (I have insertional achilles tendinosis) and my calf hurt a little, but everything flexed ok and I was able to get up and walk. Now the back of my calf is very sore and I am having difficulty putting weight on it. I took some Advil which took the edge off, but the calf still feels sore and tight. What should I do?
