Suggest Treatment For Pain And Hurting In My Foot

Hello. I'm 24, I kicked a wall last night and put a big hole in the drywall. I was extremely angry and have never done anything like this before. It hurts to put pressure on my foot, or to move it around, on the top and bottom of the foot in the middle, (before toes, and in front of heel) What could I have done?
