Suggest Treatment For Pain And Itching On Penis

I m 26yr old last 2days there is pain in penis & i saw there is very minute wound it is like shinning water clotting down of penis mouth inside of skin peels & on the top red muscles feels itching now i feel very difficult to stay i have wash with hot water mixing with neem leaves when i wash with hot water i feel beter plz send any other option than any other this
