Suggest Treatment For Pain And Knots On The Shoulders

Hi Doc, I m having back spasms, knots in my shoulder blades and stabbing pain. The back pain is from my neck to the lower torso. I ve been experiencing pain from my mid-back to the front of my chest near the lower ribs towards the sternum. The pain also goes down both arms (Triseps) to my elbows. My physician doesn t know what I have.
