Suggest Treatment For Pain And Loss Of Motion In Arm Post Injury

I have a brachial plexus injury to my right arm. i have had no MRI or treatment because the doctors here wont do it. anyway symptoms seem to be getting worse. headaches, loose of motion to the right arm, serve pain even at rest and seems to be moving to the left side. is this something that I should be concerned about. What should I do.
