Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In My Finger

This past fall went onto camping trip and fishing in a stream. To speed things up- When I was fishing I proceded to go down this embankment about 10 ft deep with reel and rod in hand. My feet went out from under me and I fell on my side. I jarred my spine at the neck area pretty good. I felt pain then. (Numbness in the left hand-little finger and ring finger)I came home an went to a Chirop. -Doctor. Now it has been 4weeks without treament, I still have numbness in fingers and notice recently I have an impotent problem. What should I do
