Suggest Treatment For Pain And Redness In My Penis

I'm not circumsized & I came while not having my skin pulled back. As I didn't wash until the next day my semen burnt my inner skin, its very painful, now its all red and burns, not when I pee just the inner skin and the ring around the penis is red. Please Help!
