Suggest Treatment For Pain And Sensitivity In Nipple

I have pain and sensitivity in my left nipple. It is always red and sticks out. I am 58 years old and post monopausal. This has been going on for two years and I now have to always have a padded bra on to protect it. I have had mammograms and have even been to a surgoen with no diagnosis. My nipple is not inverted.
