Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Shoulders

I have pain and stiffness in my shoulders - first the right and now the left as well. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep on my side. Before this was a problem I had numbness and tingling in my arms and hands, probably not so much from typing. Could both be caused by cervical stenosis - getting progressively worse and now effecting the shoulders? Is rotatory cuff more likely and the numbness etc is a different problem? I m 75, active and am tired of being in pain.
