Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stinging Due To Cut In Lips

hi, like 4 days a go i was playing basketball and i received an elbow to my mouth and due to the impact my bottom canine ripped through my lip, the cut is like a centimeter in length and the tooth cut though the outside(meaning its visible). the outter part closed already but in the inside its still a bit open but there is no more bleeding it just stings and hurts pretty bad at times
